Welcome to your mid-week sanctuary. Our Wednesday night sessions are designed to help you release the weight of the day and cultivate deep inner peace. Whether joining us at our physical location or tuning in virtually, you are entering a space of healing, growth, and community.
Our Weekly Flow:
Movement & Breath: We begin with grounding practices, including Yoga and Tai Chi, to prepare the body and mind for deep restoration.
Journaling and Collective Meditation: A dedicated time for setting intentions and clearing mental noise.
Reiki & Energy Work: Experience the restorative power of Reiki to balance your chakras and promote healing.
Community Dialogue: We hold space for group discussions on current challenges, life transitions, and navigating the path of the "Woman to be."
